Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what the Service is

NeuralEdge is operated by NexNow LTD, a company incorporated under Bulgarian law with registered office at 3 Prof. Milko Bichev Str., 1527 Sofia, Bulgaria, company number (EIK) 208287942, VAT number BG208287942 ("NeuralEdge", "we", "us"). NeuralEdge is a macro-financial intelligence SaaS platform and an analytics terminal for retail traders and independent analysts. The Service provides data, indicators, aggregated signals and analytical tools strictly for informational and educational purposes.

NeuralEdge is NOT a broker, financial intermediary, financial adviser or asset manager, and it does not execute orders or hold funds or financial instruments on behalf of users.

2. Account and registration

To access restricted features you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a name and a password (which we store only in encrypted, hashed form). Alternatively, you may sign up using Google OAuth provided by Google LLC. A billing address may be requested at the time of purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. Your account is personal and may not be assigned to or shared with third parties.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

NeuralEdge is offered through free plans and/or paid subscriptions. Prices, included features and the billing frequency (for example monthly or annual) are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Payments and subscription management are processed by our payment service providers Stripe and Revolut Business. NeuralEdge does not store your full card details: these are handled directly by the payment networks under their own security standards.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, charging your saved payment method, until you cancel. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; your access will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

Free trial: certain plans may include a free trial (currently 7 days), reserved for users who have never held a subscription and usable once per person. Activation requires a valid payment method, which is not charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, unless you cancel before it expires from your account settings, the subscription starts automatically and the price of the chosen plan is charged at the rates shown at activation. We will send you an email reminder before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged and access to paid features will end when the trial expires.

As a consumer resident in the EU, you generally have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchasing digital content or services. By requesting immediate provision of the Service during that period, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the Service has been fully supplied. Prices include applicable taxes where required.

4. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use NeuralEdge for your lawful, personal or internal professional purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its data without our written authorization; (b) carry out mass scraping, reverse engineering, decompilation or any attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law; (c) circumvent security measures, usage limits or access controls; (d) use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or rights-infringing activities; (e) upload harmful content or deliberately overload our infrastructure.

We may apply reasonable technical limits (for example on API calls or data volume) to ensure the stability and fairness of the Service for all users.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, the software, the interface, the trademarks, logos, analytical models, processed datasets and all content we provide are owned by NexNow LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Any content you enter into the Service (for example notes, watchlists or configurations) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service and keeping it operating correctly.

We value feedback: if you send us suggestions, we may use them freely to improve the Service without any obligation toward you.

6. Not investment advice

The content, data, indicators, macro analysis and signals available on NeuralEdge are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. They do NOT constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Past performance and any historical or simulated data are not indicative of future results. Trading and investing involve a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of your entire capital.

Every investment decision is made by you independently and at your sole risk. You should conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial adviser before acting. NeuralEdge is not responsible for trading or investment decisions made on the basis of the information provided.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for accuracy and continuity, we do not warrant that the data and content are always complete, accurate, updated in real time or error-free, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of defects. Market data may come from third-party sources and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, opportunities, data or any economic or trading losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid to NeuralEdge in the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Personal data and cookies

We process your personal data as data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

To deliver the Service we rely on selected processors and providers, including: Google LLC for Google OAuth sign-in; Stripe and Revolut Business for payments; the sending of transactional emails via SMTP; as well as Google Ads and Meta (Pixel/CAPI) and product analytics tools for marketing and statistical purposes.

We use strictly necessary cookies (session, authentication and consent storage), which do not require your consent, and analytics and marketing cookies (for example Meta Pixel and Google Ads), which are enabled only with your prior consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP/KZLD, Sofia) and/or the authority of your place of residence (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). 9. Term, suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

We may suspend or close your account, with reasonable notice where possible, in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risks or legal obligations. In the case of serious breaches, suspension may be immediate.

Upon termination your right to access the Service ends and any active subscriptions are discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive (for example intellectual property, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability and governing law) remain in force. Your data will be retained or deleted as set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

We may update the Service and these Terms for technical, legal or business reasons. In the event of material changes, we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example by email or through an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law and by the law of the European Union. The mandatory consumer-protection rules in force in your country of residence remain unaffected. For disputes with consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile in the EU applies; for other users, the courts of NexNow LTD's registered office in Sofia (Bulgaria) have exclusive jurisdiction.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. If any clause of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
