NeuralEdge is operated by NexNow LTD, a company incorporated under Bulgarian law with registered office at 3 Prof. Milko Bichev Str., 1527 Sofia, Bulgaria, company number (EIK) 208287942, VAT number BG208287942 (hereinafter "NeuralEdge", "we", "us"). NexNow LTD operates NeuralEdge and is the controller of your personal data.

NeuralEdge is a macro-financial intelligence and trading-terminal service (web application and iOS app) for retail traders and independent analysts. It is an information and analytics tool: it does not provide investment advice and does not act as a broker.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites and applications save on your device (computer, smartphone or tablet) when you visit them. They are used to make the service work correctly, to remember your choices and, subject to your consent, to measure usage and personalise communications.

Alongside cookies, we also use similar technologies (for example identifiers stored in the browser's localStorage, pixels and tags) that perform comparable functions. For simplicity, throughout this policy we refer to all of these technologies as "cookies".

Cookies may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (kept for a defined period), and they may be installed directly by us ("first-party") or by third-party providers ("third-party").

3. Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary (technical) cookies. These are essential for the service to function and do not require your consent. They include session and authentication cookies, which keep you securely signed in to your NeuralEdge account, and the cookie that stores your cookie-consent preferences. Without these cookies, certain essential features, such as access to your account area, could not be provided.

Analytics and marketing cookies. These are set only with your consent and help us understand how the service is used and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This category includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and its Conversions API, Google Ads, and basic product analytics tools. They may involve sharing data with third-party providers and use for advertising profiling purposes, as described in the following section.

4. Third-party cookies and technologies

For analytics and marketing purposes we rely on third-party providers that may set their own cookies and receive information about your browsing. These tools are activated only after you have given your consent.

Meta Pixel / Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): allows us to measure conversions, optimise advertising campaigns and build audiences for ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC): allows us to measure campaign effectiveness, attribute conversions and show relevant ads across the Google network.

We encourage you to review these providers' privacy notices to understand in detail how they process your data. Some of them may transfer data outside the European Economic Area: in such cases, transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Please note that account access and use rely on first-party technical cookies; any sign-in with Google (OAuth, Google LLC) relates to authentication and does not serve advertising purposes.

5. Managing and withdrawing consent

On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept, reject or customise the use of non-strictly-necessary cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are not installed until you provide free, specific and informed consent.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal, by reopening the cookie settings via the dedicated link available on the site.

You can also manage or delete cookies directly from your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may, however, impair the proper functioning of the service, for example by preventing access to your account area.

6. Retention periods

Session cookies are deleted at the end of the browsing session or when you close your browser. Authentication cookies persist for the time needed to keep your session active, in line with the service's security settings.

The cookie that stores your consent preferences is retained for a maximum of twelve months, after which you will be asked for your consent again.

Third-party analytics and marketing cookies have durations defined by the respective providers, generally not exceeding thirteen months for the first-party cookies set by those tools. Once the retention period expires, cookies are automatically deactivated or renewed only subject to renewed consent.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access your personal data and to obtain its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. As NexNow LTD is established in Bulgaria, the lead authority is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP/KZLD, Sofia). Because the service is also offered in Italy, you may alternatively lodge your complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of habitual residence: for users in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority).

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical or organisational changes, or changes in the tools we use. The updated version will always be available on this page, indicating the date of the last revision.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. In the event of material changes affecting cookies subject to consent, you will be asked to express your preferences again.
